Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, fees, and academic programs.
  • Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses or batches.
  • Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counselling.
  • Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Coordinate demo classes, counselling sessions, and admission processes.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information.
  • Handle student and parent queries professionally and coordinate with the academic team when required.
  • Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Update student and lead data in CRM, Google Sheets, or other systems.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.
