Job Description

Sales CoordinatorDepartment: Sales & Marketing

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules and requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores and Dispatch for timely order execution.
  • Maintain sales orders, customer records and related documentation.
  • Prepare sales/order status reports and support the sales team.
  • Handle routine customer queries and ensure timely communication.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Good communication, Excel and coordination skills.
