Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Generate and follow up with B2B and B2C leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance.

• Education: 12th Pass

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹27,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
