Job Description

Company: Fast Tech Capital

Location: Office No 5A, C Floor Ansal Plaza Vaishali Ghaziabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
  • Prior recruitment experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
