About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, and Non-IT/Sales hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

·        Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

·        Hire for Non-IT, Sales, BFSI & NBFC roles.

·        Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

·        Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.

·        Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures.

·        Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure accurate ATS updates.

·        Track interview schedules, feedback, selections, and joining status.

·        Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.

·        Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Requirements

·        1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Staffing.

·        Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring.

·        Experience in Non-IT Hiring and Sales Hiring preferred.

·        Exposure to BFSI / NBFC recruitment will be an added advantage.

·        Hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Hiring.

·        Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

·        Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and closure skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Recruitment Consultancy /permanent hiring background with hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring, Sales Hiring, Non-IT Recruitment, and BFSI/NBFC hiring will be preferred.
