Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: 2–5 years

Gender: Female

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails and WhatsApp queries.
  • Assist with product, order, delivery, return and refund queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Handle online orders and e-commerce-related queries.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up until resolution.

Requirements:

  • Good Hindi and English communication skills.
  • Basic computer, Excel and email knowledge.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer support or e-commerce experience preferred.
