Job Summary


We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and business growth by delivering excellent service and personalized solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address feedback.
  • Work closely with sales, support, and operations teams to resolve issues.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services where suitable.
  • Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM software.
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
