📌 Open Positions

1. Premium Relationship Manager (PRM)

• CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
• Experience: 3–6 years in Sales
• BFSI experience preferred

2. Senior Premium Relationship Manager (Sr. PRM)

• CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
• Experience: 3–6 years in Sales
• BFSI experience preferred

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customers virtually and understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.
• Sell HDFC Life insurance products to customers in international markets.
• Work on focused international markets including Middle East, UK, USA and South Africa.
• Connect with customers through calls and virtual communication channels.
• Manage and convert company-provided leads into successful sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide professional and effective communication to international customers.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of relevant sales experience.
• Candidates from BFSI / Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services background will be preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with international customers.
• Strong sales orientation with target-driven approach.
• Good convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
