Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field activities, references, networking, and open-market opportunities.
- Follow up with existing leads and prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Coordinate and attend client meetings.
- Take clients for property site visits and explain project details.
- Present property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in the booking/closing process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
- Stay updated about local real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
