Job Description
E-commerce & Social Media Assistant
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Job Description We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our online business.
The person will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on online platform, as well as creating engaging content for Pinterest and Instagram. You should be comfortable using AI tools to create and enhance product photos and marketing content.
- Key Responsibilities Create, update and manage product listings on online platform
- Write product titles, descriptions, bullet points, tags and keywords
- Upload product images and maintain accurate product information
- Create attractive AI-generated lifestyle/product images
- Edit and improve product photos using Canva, Photoshop, PhotoRoom or similar tools
- Create and post content on Pinterest and Instagram
- Create Pinterest pins, Instagram posts, carousels and reels
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content creation and ideas
- Research keywords, trends and competitors
- Maintain consistent branding and high-quality product presentation
- Organize product information, images and content
- Monitor listings and social media performance and suggest improvements
- RequirementsGood written English
- Experience with Amazon/ flipkart / eBay/Etsy listings
- Experience with Pinterest and Instagram
- Good knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Comfortable using AI tools for writing and image creation
- Creative eye for product photography and presentation
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- E-commerce experience is preferred
Ideal CandidateWe are looking someone who is creative, responsible, organized and willing to learn. You should be able to take a product from basic information and photos and turn it into a complete marketplace listing and attractive social media content.
