Job Overview
Kasaku Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telecallers responsible for new customer acquisition, order handling, and sales conversion through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new customer leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Take customer orders and ensure accurate processing.
Negotiate with customers to achieve successful order closure.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide product information.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain call records and update CRM or internal systems regularly.
