Job Description

  • Attend client calls and provide technical guidance on product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, inspect surfaces, and recommend suitable Star Shield products.
  • Provide technical support during and after product application to ensure correct usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Support dealer and distributor teams with product knowledge, training, and technical queries.
  • Identify new business opportunities through site visits, client meetings, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with the technical/production team to resolve on-site issues and customer complaints.
  • Prepare site visit reports, client feedback, and technical recommendations for internal teams.
  • Support sales targets by converting technical inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and application techniques in waterproofing and construction chemicals.
