Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales activities, generate new business opportunities, manage the sales team, develop customer relationships and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in IT Software, SaaS, ERP, IoT, Industrial Automation, AI, Power BI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to meetings, requirement understanding, solution presentation, negotiation and closing.
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new B2B leads through calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, references and other channels.
- Identify potential customers across manufacturing and other industries.
- Develop new business opportunities for ITSYBIZZ products and services.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
