Job Description
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Client Consultation: Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable residential or commercial properties.
Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties to prospective buyers.
Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Negotiation & Closing: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, prepare offers, and facilitate smooth transactions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales pipelines using CRM software.
