### 💼 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring **Business Development Executives** for PayNearby.

The role involves visiting retail shops/merchants in the assigned area, explaining the **PayNearby UPI Cash Point** solution, acquiring new merchants, completing their onboarding and KYC, and supporting them until activation and their first successful transaction.

### 🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Visit and approach retail merchants in the assigned territory.

* Pitch PayNearby UPI Cash Point services.

* Explain merchant earning opportunities and business benefits.

* Acquire and onboard new merchants.

* Complete Digital KYC and collect required documents.

* Help merchants with app installation and registration.

* Ensure merchant activation and first transaction.

* Install Cash Point/ATM branding materials.

* Maintain accurate merchant records.

* Follow KYC and compliance guidelines.

* Prevent duplicate/fraudulent onboarding.

* Capture GPS-tagged merchant photographs.

### 👤 WHO CAN APPLY?

* Minimum Graduate.

* **1–5 years of experience** in field sales, merchant acquisition, fintech, banking or financial services.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in merchant acquisition/digital onboarding preferred.

* Knowledge of KYC documentation.

* Good territory management skills.

* Local language proficiency.

* **Two-wheeler is mandatory.**

* Android smartphone required.
