Production Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the setting, installation, and operation of induction furnaces and CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining equipment, and leading the production team to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the setting, installation, and commissioning of induction furnaces and CNC machines.

Ensure proper functioning and calibration of equipment to meet production specifications.

Develop and implement production plans, processes, and procedures.

Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to induction furnaces and CNC machines.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.

Train and supervise operators and team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Maintain documentation of equipment settings, calibration records, and installation reports.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Continuously analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in setting and installing induction furnaces and CNC machines.

Strong technical knowledge of induction furnace operations, including setting, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Expertise in CNC machine setup, programming, and maintenance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Good communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

Preferred Certifications:

Certification in CNC programming and operation.

Training in induction furnace operation and safety.
