02–03 Years (FRESHER)

3️⃣   Salary:

₹ 20000 – ₹ 30000 GROSS

4️⃣  Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, or in-person interactions.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide accurate information about company products and services.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with patience and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

• Good listening and coordination
