Job Description
Executive – Loan, Insurance & Investment Advisor Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle loan processing for Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and LAP.
- Manage customer relationships through CRM software.
- Advise clients on Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Term Plans.
- Generate leads and close business for real estate projects.
- Guide clients on investment options such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Fixed Income Products, and Wealth Management solutions.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for case processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients for cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Loan Processing and Banking Operations.
- CRM Management and Customer Handling.
- Insurance Advisory and Financial Planning.
- Real Estate Sales and Property Investment Consultation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 to 10+ years in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Real Estate, or Financial Services.
- Experience in loan sourcing, insurance sales, and investment advisory.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Finance, Banking preferred).
