Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a compassionate, confident, and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective clients/students over the phone, understand their needs, provide appropriate guidance, and convert enquiries into successful admissions or services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build trust with clients over telephone conversations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients/students from provided leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Explain courses, programs, services, fees, eligibility, and other relevant information clearly.
• Counsel prospects and help them make informed decisions.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Address basic queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales, admissions, or counselling team when required.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow company policies, calling processes, and data-privacy guidelines.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline preferred.
• Candidates with relevant tele-calling, counselling, customer service, sales, or education-industry experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
