Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions to understand their educational and career goals.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, admission criteria, and fee structures.
  • Counsel and guide students on program selection based on interests and qualifications.
  • Follow up on inquiries, manage leads, and ensure timely conversions from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM systems.
  • Participate in outreach activities such as webinars, education fairs, and information sessions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
