Job Title: Telecaller / Recruitment Telecaller
A leading International Recruitment Agency located in Pulleppady, Ernakulam, is hiring Telecallers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
- Explain job vacancies and recruitment procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain candidate details and call records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic Hindi communication skills.
- Computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
