Job Description (Laundry Manager)
Manage end-to-end operations of the Doddaballapur processing plant.
Plan and monitor daily production to achieve operational targets.
Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, attendance, and productivity.
Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials and consumables.
Maintain quality standards across laundry, dry cleaning, finishing, and packing operations.
Monitor machine utilization, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operating costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Report directly to the CEO on plant performance, challenges, and improvements
