Job Description
We are looking for a Medical Coding Trainer with a valid *CPC or CCS certification* to train and mentor medical coding students.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct medical coding training sessions.
* Train candidates on *ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M, Medical Terminology & Anatomy*.
* Conduct practical sessions, assessments, and mock tests.
* Prepare candidates for CPC/CCS certification exams.
* Provide career guidance and interview preparation.
* Monitor and improve trainee performance.
Requirements:
* CPC (AAPC) or CCS (AHIMA) certification – *Mandatory*.
* Bachelor's degree in healthcare/life sciences or related field.
* Strong knowledge of US healthcare and medical coding.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Prior medical coding/training experience preferred.
Location:BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru.
