Customer Support Executive

*Key Roles and Responsibilities*

* Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, chat, or social media.

* Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.

* Resolve complaints and service-related issues professionally.

* Provide information about products, services, pricing, orders, and company policies.

* Process customer requests such as orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, or replacements.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/customer management system.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

* Escalate complex or unresolved problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.

* Coordinate with sales, technical, operations, and billing teams when necessary.

* Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

* Meet customer service targets such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call/chat handling quality.

* Collect customer feedback and report recurring problems to management.

* Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data-privacy policies.

* Help improve customer retention and build good relationships with customers.
