Telesales Executive – Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Basic English and Hindi communication.
* Previous telesales/sales experience is preferred.
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
* Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
* Basic computer knowledge.
