Core Responsibilities

• Lead Handling & Calling: Manage inbound and outbound leads from digital platforms, websites, or customer databases to pitch healthcare solutions.
• Product & Program Education: Explain the features, clinical benefits, and usage of medicines, wellness packages, or chronic care programs clearly to prospective buyers.
• Objection Handling & Closing: Address customer concerns, negotiate package pricing, and convert warm leads into confirmed bookings, payments, or subscriptions.
• Follow-Ups: Maintain regular touchpoints via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email to nurture hesitant leads and ensure treatment continuity.
• Communication: Strong verbal fluency in Hindi and English (or regional languages depending on the market) with active listening skills.
• Sales Aptitude: High resilience, persuasive interpersonal abilities, and comfort working in target-driven environments.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and MS Office, or Google Sheets.
