Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to work from home.
The Manager will manage 20 to 100 Field Sales Partners.
The job has three main responsibilities.
First, Hiring and Training: The Manager will hire Field Sales Partners and train them on the company’s sales script.
The Manager will explain how to speak with shops and customers and how to use the sales script correctly.
Second, Monitoring: The Manager will monitor Field Sales Partners through the company’s automated software.
The Manager will check their daily activity, work progress, and performance through the software.
The Manager will identify inactive or low-performing Field Sales Partners and take the required action.
Third, Area Planning: The Manager will plan areas for Field Sales Partners.
The Manager will decide which areas, locations, shops, or markets should be covered by each Field Sales Partner.
The Manager will make sure that the team covers the assigned areas properly without unnecessary overlap.
The Manager must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
The Manager should have good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage a large team.
This is a Work From Home position.
