Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for B2B sales of premium industrial lubricants and specialty maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from industrial customers, PSUs, Railways and Metro organizations.
- Visit customers and understand their equipment and maintenance requirements.
- Recommend suitable technical solutions for bearings, gearboxes, compressors, motors, hydraulic systems and other industrial equipment.
- Conduct product presentations, trials and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations and technical-commercial proposals.
- Follow up with customers and convert opportunities into orders.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with experience in brands such as Klüber, FUCHS, Mobil, Shell, Castrol, SKF or similar industrial product companies will be preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering/Diploma background preferred.
- Experience in industrial lubricants, bearings, compressors, industrial chemicals, MRO or similar products preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation and field-sales skills.
- Comfortable with regular customer visits and travel.
