Job Description:-
Vikair Systems is hiring an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the GeM Portal, government tendering and business development. The candidate should be capable of independently handling GeM bids, generating new business and managing government and corporate clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage GeM Portal operations, bidding, tenders and reverse auctions.
- Search and identify new government tenders and business opportunities.
- Handle tender documentation, quotations and bid submissions.
- Generate leads, acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with government departments and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and project execution.
- Required Skills3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and government tendering.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2G sales and business development.
- Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tender documentation.
- HVAC/MEP industry experience preferred.
- Technical background will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:-
Starting salary: ₹40,000 per month. No salary bar for deserving candidates. Final salary will depend on relevant experience, skills and previous salary.
