Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly for business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Calcium Carbonate grades.
- Meet monthly sales targets and achieve business growth.
- Visit industrial areas, manufacturers, dealers and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with customers regarding samples, product trials, orders and deliveries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and personal meetings.
- Monitor competitor prices, market demand and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer and sales records and submit regular sales/field visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales or field sales preferred.
- Experience in chemicals, plastics, PVC, masterbatch, polymers or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with regular field visits and travelling.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.
