Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.
• Handle prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate property site visits with clients.
• Develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and individual targets.
• Guide team members in client handling, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Negotiate with clients and facilitate successful deal closures.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and daily activity reports.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and property demand.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
