Job Description


We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, maintaining candidate records, posting job advertisements, and assisting with onboarding activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job advertisements.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and job portals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software is preferred.
