QSR STORE MANAGER – BISTRO 57

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and manage outlet staff, including attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation are maintained as per Bistro 57 standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and outlet presentation.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, wastage, and inventory.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage of raw materials and packaging.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and reconciliation of daily sales.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve assigned sales and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with the management/HO team regarding operational requirements and issues.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or repair requirements.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain required outlet records, checklists, and reports.
• Support promotional activities and ensure campaigns/offers are properly implemented at the outlet.
