Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.Present menus and explain food and beverage options to guests.Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to service standards.Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and address their requests promptly.Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth and timely service.Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and restaurant premises.Clear and reset tables efficiently.Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service equipment.Assist with billing and payment procedures when required.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.Maintain professional grooming and personal hygiene standards.Support the team during busy operations, events, and special functions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or similar hospitality environment preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented and polite personality.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good teamwork and coordination skills.Well-groomed and professional appearance.Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
