Process Executive- BPO

Role Summary

We are looking for hiring HR Process Executive to support recruitment and onboarding operations for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in HR and Recruitment while working with US clients.

You will be responsible for supporting transportation and logistics operations by coordinating with drivers, monitoring daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.

Job Title: HR Process Executive - BPO

US Shift 5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

•Screen driver applications received through recruitment portals.

•Contact candidates via phone, email, and text for screening and hiring updates.

•Schedule interviews and coordinate with Amazon DSP hiring managers.

•Guide candidates through onboarding, including document collection and pre-employment requirements.

•Follow up on background checks, drug tests, ADP onboarding, I-9, and E-Verify completion.

•Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

•Coordinate with internal teams and US clients to meet hiring targets.

•Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

•Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, BPO, Customer Support, or Operations.

•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

•Comfortable speaking with US-based candidates over the phone.

•Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
