Designation: Packing Executive

Reporting To: Operations / Dispatch In-charge

Experience: 0–2 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Pack empty PET bottles as per the required quantity and packing method.

Count and check bottles before packing.

Ensure bottles are properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.

Arrange packed bottles in cartons/bags as required.

Assist in preparing bottles for dispatch.

Assist in loading finished bottle cartons/bags into vehicles.

Assist in unloading raw materials, packaging materials and incoming bottles.

Move and arrange bottles and materials within the warehouse/unit.

Handle PET bottles carefully and minimize breakage/damage.

Keep the packing and dispatch area clean and organized.

Follow instructions given by the Operations/Dispatch In-charge.

Assist in other basic warehouse and packing activities whenever required.

Candidate Requirements:

Hardworking and physically fit.

Comfortable with packing, counting, loading and unloading work.

Punctual and responsible.

Basic Hindi communication is sufficient.

Previous experience in bottle packing, warehouse or FMCG packaging is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Should be willing to work as part of a team.

Important:

This is a hands-on packing and dispatch role, not a supervisor position. The employee will primarily work on PET bottle counting, packing, arranging, dispatch preparation, loading and unloading.
