Operation Assistant

• Handle day-to-day logistics and transport operations.
• Coordinate pickup, inward, dispatch and delivery activities.
• Verify LR/consignment details, shipment count, weight and documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers and warehouse teams.
• Track vehicles and shipments and follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Manage delivery status and ensure timely POD collection and uploading.
• Identify and report shortage, damage, delay or shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
• Handle customer coordination and resolve routine operational issues.
• Ensure smooth and timely movement of shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Required Skills1–3 years of experience in logistics/transport operations preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/MS Office.
• Knowledge of LR, POD, dispatch, delivery and shipment tracking.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Hindi & English communication required.
• Experience with TMS/ERP/logistics software will be an advantage.

Preferred CandidateResponsible, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to take end-to-end ownership of operations.

Freshers may also be considered if they have good communication, Excel and coordination skills.
