Job Description:

Nature Nest Infrastructure is hiring a B2B Lead Generation Executive to identify new construction projects, government tenders, resort developments, architects, builders, and main contractors across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research upcoming construction, resort, hotel, farmhouse and infrastructure projects.
• Find and verify contact details of project owners, architects, developers and main contractors.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, IndiaMART and other online platforms.
• Identify government tenders and subcontracting opportunities, especially in Delhi-NCR.
• Contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Maintain daily lead reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Schedule meetings and connect interested clients with company management.
• Follow up with prospective clients professionally.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Based on Experience)

Goal: Generate genuine, verified project opportunities and qualified client meetings, not just random contact numbers.
