WE ARE HIRING – SALES TEAM LEADER / SALES MANAGER
Process: Personal Loan Sales
Role: Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager

Experience: Prior experience in BPO / Banking / Loan Sales. Team handling experience preferred.
Shift: Day Shift
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ (Negotiable, based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Handle customer queries and support the team in closing deals.
- Motivate team members to achieve business goals.
