Job Description


  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries, performance management, HR policies, and day-to-day employee relations.
  • Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and support management in implementing HR processes and initiatives.
  • Drive hiring activities, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide regular workforce insights to management.
