We are hiring a General Manager of Sales and Marketing for a two-wheeler showroom in North East Delhi who can lead the sales and marketing teams, plans local promotional campaigns, and drives revenue targets for motorcycles and scooters.

Overview

·       Role: General Manager - Sales & Marketing

·       Industry: Automobile / Two-Wheeler Dealership

·       Location: Delhi, NCR

·       Reporting To: Managing Director / Dealer Principal

Key Responsibilities

·       Sales Management: Set monthly and yearly sales targets for two-wheelers and accessories, and ensure the team achieves them.

·       Local Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the Delhi market, including digital ads, local newspaper inserts, and festive promotions.

·       Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor sales executives, team leaders, and marketing staff to improve performance.

·       Customer Experience: Monitor the delivery process, handle customer complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction and referral rates.

·       Inventory & Finance: Coordinate with finance partners for vehicle loans and manage showroom stock levels with manufacturers.

Requirements & Qualifications

·       Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (two-wheeler sector preferred).

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA in Sales and Marketing.

·       Skills: Strong knowledge of the Delhi two-wheeler market, excellent leadership abilities, and good negotiation skills.

·       Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English; local Delhi market familiarity is a must.
