1. E-commerce Dispatch & Logistics CoordinatorRole: Handle end-to-end shipment dispatch and coordinate with transport companies, drivers, and receiving warehouses to ensure timely and smooth deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipments with courier and transport companies.
• Communicate with drivers regarding pickup schedules, dispatch dates and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with receiving warehouses to confirm delivery slots and requirements.
• Ensure shipments are dispatched on time as per the planned schedule.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays or delivery issues.
• Maintain dispatch records, LR copies, invoices and shipment details.
• Ensure proper communication between the warehouse, transporter and receiving team.

2. E-commerce Packing & Inventory Checking ExecutiveRole: Ensure all orders and shipments are accurately checked, counted and packed as per the Purchase Order (PO) received, maintaining correct quantities and proper packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check products and quantities against the received Purchase Order (PO).
• Count and verify every item to ensure correct quantities.
• Ensure proper SKU-wise sorting and packing.
• Check that products are packed securely and correctly.
• Ensure carton quantities match the PO and packing list.
• Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, damaged products or packing errors.
• Maintain accurate records of packed quantities and shipment readiness.
• Ensure every shipment is properly packed and ready for dispatch.
