Job Description

  • Call Center Executive – HealthcareHandle inbound and outbound calls with patients.
  • Call patients and explain treatments, procedures, and hospital services.
  • Help patients with appointment booking and follow-ups.
  • Answer patient queries and provide clear and correct information.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, patient details, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
  • Previous call center or healthcare experience will be preferred.
