Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Outbound)

TraderzPlanet is a fast-growing B2B marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers across India. We are expanding our customer operations team and looking for proactive, high-energy professionals to drive user engagement, onboarding, and platform growth through voice communication.

Position Details

• Role: Customer Care Executive (Outbound)
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & interview)
• Work Mode: Permanent Work-From-Home (100% Remote)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Target Talktime: 6 hours of connected talktime per day

Key Responsibilities

• Consistent Voice Outreach: Maintain a daily productivity benchmark of 6 hours of talktime, engaging actively with prospective and existing platform users.
• Onboarding & Verification: Assist new suppliers and buyers with profile setup, business verification, and listing activation.
• Relationship Management & Renewals: Re-engage inactive accounts, collect user feedback, and drive subscription renewals and value-added service adoption.
• Issue Resolution: Identify customer pain points during calls and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolution.
• CRM Logging: Accurately track call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of dedicated outbound calling, telesales, or telecalling experience in a BPO/customer support setup.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi with strong persuasive communication and active listening skills.

Mandatory Technical Requirements (WFH Setup)

• System: Laptop or Desktop (Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent processor).
• Memory & Storage: Minimum 4 GB RAM and 250 GB SSD.
• Internet: High-speed, stable broadband connection (minimum 300 Mbps).
• Peripherals: Noise-canceling USB headset and dedicated power backup (UPS/Inverter).
