Job Description
Handle outbound/inbound calls with Australian customers.
Promote and sell Solar Panels, Solar Batteries, Inverters, and Electricity/Energy Solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and other sales channels.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available solutions.
Handle customer objections and effectively close sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain customer and sales information in CRM.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth order processing.
Build strong relationships with Australian customers.
