Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customers ko call karke pending payment ki reminder dena.
  • Overdue EMI collect karwana.
  • Payment delay ka reason samajhna aur solution dena.
  • Payment follow-up maintain karna.
  • CRM/Excel me call aur payment status update karna.
  • Customers ke saath professional aur polite communication rakhna.
  • Daily collection target achieve karna.


Skills Required:

  • Good Hindi communication (English basic ho to better).
  • Convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
  • Pressure me target achieve karne ki ability.
