Job Description

About us: BeAbhika is a B2C e-commerce jewellery brand selling directly to customers across India.

Role: Be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them from enquiry to delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Handle customer conversations on social media, WhatsApp and calls
  • Guide potential brides and other customers on our offerings based on their needs, occasion and budget
  • Share a few design and styling inputs to help them choose
  • Follow up, track orders and collect feedback
  • Maintain customer data and prepare simple designs to share with customers

What we need:

  • Good English and Hindi
  • Comfort using a computer
  • Interest in fashion or jewellery is a plus

Details:

  • Location: Near Ashok Vihar / Azadpur, Delhi
  • Full-time, 10 am to 7 pm, 6 days a week
  • Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skill
  • Incentives start after 3 months, paid every 3 months
