### Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction site activities, ensure project quality, and manage day-to-day site operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor all construction activities at the project site.

* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

* Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Monitor material consumption and maintain site records.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Resolve technical issues arising during construction.

* Verify measurements and prepare bills for contractors/vendors.

* Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

### Required Qualifications

* B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
