Job Title: Site Civil Engineer - Residential Construction & Premium Finishing

Location: Malibu Town, Sector 47, Gurugram (Near Sohna Road)

Job Type: Full-time, Daily On-site (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 / month (Based on portfolio and experience)

Job Summary:

We are constructing a premium independent house in Malibu Town, Sector 47, Gurugram. We need a hands-on, experienced Site Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You will oversee structural completion, but your primary focus will be managing high-end interior layouts, luxury stone/marble installation, and flawless finishing work.

Core Responsibilities:

• Premium Finishing Supervision: Supervise Italian marble cladding, granite counter layouts, precision tile matching, and high-end stone flooring work.
• Interior Execution: Read and implement detailed interior execution drawings (false ceilings, electrical positioning, plumbing layouts, and wood joinery).
• Vendor & Labor Coordination: Manage specialized finishing vendors (carpenters, polishers, painters, and stone fabricators) to ensure zero gaps or rework.
• Daily Billing & Checking: Verify material quality on arrival, keep strict inventory logs, and cross-check contractor measurement bills before approval.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in independent residential villas or luxury apartment projects.
• Commute: Must reside within 30 minutes of Sector 47, Gurugram (e.g., Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension, Subhash Chowk, Old Gurgaon).
• Technical Skills: Must know how to read complex architectural and interior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
