Job Description
- Interior Business Development Manager – Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design, turnkey, residential, commercial, and corporate interior sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, architects, builders, real-estate developers, and corporate clients.
- Meet potential clients to understand their interior design, renovation, and project requirements.
- Prepare and present company profiles, design concepts, quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, builders, and consultants.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, pricing, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to develop accurate proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, scope of work, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/MIS reports.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects and ensure smooth handover to the project execution team.
- Develop strategies to increase the company's market presence and client base.
- Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Track project opportunities from initial enquiry through site visit, quotation, negotiation, and final closure.
